How reverse osmosis water could be bad for your health

Just about everyone knows that Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems excel at removing water impurities, but few are aware that they also remove the beneficial minerals.
A reverse osmosis unit completely filters all natural and synthetic toxins, microbes, debris, and minerals. When you drink water filtered through an RO unit, you’re getting 100 percent pure, high-quality drinking water that tastes great. But minerals are essential to our cellular metabolism, growth, and vitality and removing all of them can be bad for health too.
Because reverse osmosis water doesn't have enough minerals, when it is consumed, it also leaches minerals from the body. This means that the minerals being consumed in food and vitamins are being urinated away. Less minerals consumed plus more minerals being excreted equals serious negative side effects and big health problems. And reduced mineral intake from water in most cases cannot be compensated by diet alone.
Nobody wants to trade one set of health risks for another set of health risks.

What can you do?

Step 1: Only Drink Purified Water — Water makes up approximately 60 percent of the human body. Your blood is 93 percent water and your muscles are about 75 percent water. Optimal water intake is an essential for human survival.

Step 2: Put beneficial trace minerals back into your water — the essential elements that our cells need to survive need to be a part of our daily intake. Our mineral products are designed to infuse your cells with the minerals you require. Reduce contamination with an RO filter but always remineralize with trace minerals and you will be optimally mineralized and alkalized.
